Jackson Hole

So the family voted to take the drifter to Jackson Hole this year for the vacation. So I am looking for some advise on where to float. We will be in Jackson for the whole first week in August. I hope runoff is down by then. I have read through the old post of "wooden boat in Jackson" and there are a lot of great floats listed there. I just wanted some current info for this year, Like is there any parts of the rivers to look out for since I don't want to have a similar story as Brant did. (he flipped his boat).

And if anybody want to meet up and float that would be great as well.

The Snake in Jackson Hole should be in good shape in August. Give me a call when you get into town and I would be happy to point you in the right direction for floating and fishing.

I replied over on the other site with some float recs. I am also the concierge at one of the local hotels so if you need any help with info or figuring out arrangements for stuff other than floating I can help with that too. Feel free to pm if I can be of any help.
