just joining up so I can follow up on the "Betty Boop" resurrection story.....Ronn Hayes was my dad....his "given" name was Ronald Grimwood Hayes...in the 1980's he adopted ":Ronn" ...a girlfriend was into numerology and convinced him the extra "n" would be good luck/karma/etc...if you knew my dad, you'd know he'd be inclined to listen to a woman he was courting...at least for a little while...back to the boat, I'm thinking in some of the photo archives I've got I might have a shot or two of Betty in her prime...I'll look..
