If your going to be dragging your boat alot a would recommend you use a uhmw shoe, it will add a bit of weight but will be worth it when sliding over rocks or anything else, i would think if your constantly dragging over terrain epoxy and graphite…

Ron, i built a 10ft river pram for under $500, paid more for the stitches in my thumb though so it actually cost me about $2000 when it was all said and done, but remember friends dont let friends drink and build boats

Got mine today at BiMart. $7. It is good for any number of your boats. It folds like an angling license, so if you slip it in your wallet, you are good to go in whatever boat you are rowing.

Well, hopefully this helps get the word out, i am telling all the boaters i know and only one person that i have talked to knew about it so the state marine board is not doing a very good job about getting the word out,
