So, it sounds as though we have run into the same problem..... I am going to save the exterior and about 1/4 of the ribs front and very back, where the water did not rot it out to bad. I will be scarfing about 1/3 of the bottom of the sides with new plywood. And lastly a new bottom.
Where have you been fishing? I have yet to fish any Oregon waters, but hear the Sandy and the clack have a some serious Steelie runs this winter.....
Any new pics of the boat? I am getting ready to buy the wood for mine... Was wondering if you decided to glass and epoxy your boat... Or what you plan on doing?
