I am new to wooden boats and found this sight during research on drift boat building, I am a mechanic by trade and own my own repair shop. I got hooked on fly fishing in the summer of '09' and the next logical step was a drift boat. I am married with kids and my wife is cautiously supporting the idea of building a drift boat.
